Promoting optimal wellness within the community and especially for today's generation of 55+ adults is what the Community Connection aims to accomplish. To join, an individual membership is $5 and for a family is $8. You will be able to take part in health screenings; lectures on timely topics; programs on exercise and defensive driving; take exciting excursions; obtain physician referrals and use the Emergency Response System. There are also support groups; domestic and companion services; adult day care and housing; home health care services; counseling centers and insurance counseling.
